How to Request Deletion

• Go to Profile → Settings → Request Account Deletion in the app, or
• Email info@gloriousalloy.com with your registered details.
• Requests are processed within 90 business days.

Data Deleted

• Profile information (name, email, phone)
• Login/account credentials
• Notification tokens

Data Retained

• Orders placed and stock records remain for admin/business purposes.
• Limited retention is required for legal and operational needs.
